Triangle Conference Fall Gathering – WELCA

Grace Lutheran Church is proud to host the Triangle Lutheran Churches’ Fall Gathering on Saturday October 26th.
All woman of Grace are invited to join along with woman from the twelve other Triangle Conference Lutheran Churches.
Saturday October 26, 2019 from 10 am to 2 pm
Registration from 9:30 to 10 am. Registration fee of $ 8 includes the program, bible study and lunch!
Guest Speaker – Elizabeth Hunter, MAHS of Project FIGHT
Elizabeth is the coordinator for Project FIGHT which works to free individuals gripped by human trafficking in North Carolina. Read More about our Guest Speaker.
Spiritual Leader – Pastor Sharon Taylor
Pastor Sharon will lead our Bible Study program entitled, “Women at The Gate: Who will Save The Children?”
Please consider donating the following in-kind items to Project FIGHT: Full Size Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Deodorant, Mouthwash, Toothpaste, Tooth Brushes, Drawstring Backpacks, & 2020 Pocketbook Calendars.

We will observe a Candlelight Service of Remembrance. Please bring names of ELCA Sisters who are no longer with us to celebrate during this time.

It is never too soon to start planning for summer fun!
Agape Day Camp is back once again! Grace Lutheran and St. Philip Lutheran are teaming up to host Agape Day Camp again this year! This unique program led by Camp Agape counselors offers a weekly long program of songs, games, Bible studies, nature activities, crafts, skits, and more!
Who: Rising 1st through 5th graders (this is a program that must adhere to the age minimum and maximum)
What: Agape Day Camp
Where: Grace Lutheran Church
When: June 24-28, 2019, 9 AM til 3 PM
Program Fees: $105 per child
Need based scholarships are available, please contact Caity Stratemeyer
Registration fees also include snacks for the week and a Day Camp t-shirt. Campers need to provide their own sack lunch.
Summer programs fill quickly and many parents need to plan their camp schedules early. Let us know if your child will participate. Registration forms and at least a $50 deposit will reserve your spot!
