It is never too soon to start planning for summer fun!

Agape Day Camp is back once again! Grace Lutheran and St. Philip Lutheran are teaming up to host Agape Day Camp again this year!  This unique program led by Camp Agape counselors offers a weekly long program of songs, games, Bible studies, nature activities, crafts, skits, and more!

Who: Rising 1st through 5th graders (this is a program that must adhere to the age minimum and maximum)

What: Agape Day Camp

Where: Grace Lutheran Church

When: June 24-28, 2019, 9 AM til 3 PM

Program Fees: $105 per child

Need based scholarships are available, please contact Caity Stratemeyer

Registration fees also include snacks for the week and a Day Camp t-shirt. Campers need to provide their own sack lunch.

Summer programs fill quickly and many parents need to plan their camp schedules early. Let us know if your child will participate. Registration forms and at least a $50 deposit will reserve your spot!

Elementary School Family Fellowship – December 2nd

Our next monthly elementary school family gathering will take place on Sunday, December 2nd, immediately following the 11:00 AM worship service.

Sunday January 7 – Elementary School Fellowship

For families with Elementary age children. Join us for a light lunch and activity time after the 11 am worship service.

Weekend of January 13-15 – Share the Word: Teens Encounter Christ Retreat

For youth grades 9-12. The retreat will be held at Camp Agapé. Pre-registration is required for this event. Teens Encounter Christ (TEC) is a 3-day retreat incorporating table discussions, skits, songs, and serious talks focused on Christ. TEC is an awesome opportunity to grow in your relationship with Christ and build lasting Christian friendships.

Souper Bowl of CaringSunday February 4 – SouperBowl of Caring Breakfast

Join us for a tasty breakfast, prepared by our High School and Middle School youth, between the 8:15 AM and 11:00 AM services. All proceeds benefit local organizations that fight hunger in our community.

Join us at 10:00 AM at Grace to celebrate Valentines Day.

Weekend of February 23-25 – Lutheran Youth Organization (LYO) Assembly

Middle and high school students join other students from across North Carolina for a weekend of fellowship, friendship, small group bible studies, speakers and live music. Held in Greensboro, NC. Pre-registration is required for this event.

March 3 – The School of Grace Yard Sale

Stay tuned for details on how you can help by donating gently used items. All proceeds benefit the School of Grace. GLC Fellowship Hall – 9 AM to 12 PM.

Weekend of March 16-18 – Building Youth Groups (BYG-er) Retreat

BYG Retreat for 6th-8th graders at Camp Agape in Fuquay-Varina, NC. Pre-registration is required for this event. Because most BYG weekends are made up of groups from several churches, your group will have fun interacting with others during different camp activities like, canoeing, crafts, hiking, etc
